At first sniff, there is a flinty, reductive quality on the nose. As the wine opens, broad strokes of citrus, linden and sugar snap pea come through on the palate. Menthol brightens the finish. The texture is lean and the finish fades abruptly. Drink now, but aerate for 30 minutes first.
