This robust Shiraz has stamina. An aromatic nose of December holiday baking spices includes clove, cinnamon and vanilla followed by blackberry, black currant and black plum. Those elements continue to the palate along with hints of eggnog and black cherry. But don’t relegate this wine to December, since it has year-round flex and appeal.
