Deep salmon color with rusty hues, there are moderate bubbles with average persistency—fine but not as sophisticated as its sister bottling. Strawberry, quartz and acacia run the most forward aromatic notes. The light body works with the mouthwatering acidity to create even more levity for this refreshing wine. The fuzzy texture from the bubbles and the elevated acidity create a nice structure. Finishes short with hay and pomegranate notes. Drink up!
