This is exuberant on the nose with a spicy aromatic overlay dominating the underlying, tropical fruit aromas. The ripe, ample palate is equally explosive with pineapple, mango and papaya. The finish is nicely dense in fruit character yet has pleasantly cutting, salty dryness that cleans up the touch of glycerol generosity. Intense and focused, this has layered complexity and enough concentration to age well over the next two to three years.
