Smelling of candied red cherry fruit and dried lavender, this youthful red wine has a fresh, bright and compelling nose. The tutti-frutti attack is dry and direct with slightly thin tannins that overtake the notable, midpalate generosity. There is a sweet-tart fruit profile accentuated by high-pitched acidity that is love-it-or-leave-it. No evident oak comes through on the palate.
