This wine has an aromatic nose of blackberry, black plum, eucalyptus, cassis and hay with hints of black olive. On the palate the Shiraz has some strawberry and white pepper that underpin a nuanced and complex midpalate. This Shiraz would be as equally comfortable being enjoyed by the glass as it would being paired with a meal.
