This mineral-driven Pinot Grigio has citrus at its core. Medium-intensity lemon in color, the wine offers an aromatic nose of crushed stone, crabapple, kiwi, starfruit, blossom and lime citrus. Dry and medium bodied, the wine has a chalky midpalate and is high in acidity. It completes with long, citrusy finish and would pair well with seafood.
