This sparkling wine is fun, straightforward and doesn’t take itself too seriously. Pale lemon in color with medium-size bubbles, the wine has a nose of blossom, Golden Delicious apple and pear. On the palate the dry, medium-bodied sparkling wine is steely in texture, with a short finish. The wine is a good, low-alcohol porch sipper, and canvas for sparkling cocktails.
