Super pale, this wine is almost as colorless as water. Aromas show marginal ripeness, with jalapeño, grass and paper ream. The attack is firmly acidic and thin on flavor, with mild expressions of tart white grapefruit and bell pepper notes. Light but broad tannins pull the citrus notes into the moderate finish. While this wine is incredibly young, the punchy aromas and modest concentration suggest there is no need to wait. Drink up while it is fresh.
