A red-wine-drinker’s white blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Petit Manseng, this offers flattering touches of oak. Lemon-gold in color, the full-bodied wine has a pronounced nose of golden apple, ripe Bosc pear, vanilla, clove baking spice and brioche, with hints of marmalade. The mixture of tart and ripe fruit plays well with chalky elements running from the mid- to backpalate. A Sauvignon-Blanc led blend with there-there.
