Lifted aromas of black currant candies are laced with anise, this is a highly defined Cabernet Sauvignon both in aroma and in structure. The palate is highly polished with svelte tannins framing the decent fruit concentration. The acidity kicks up on the back palate, offering refreshment but also disrupting the otherwise coherent and smooth palate feel. It laces into the tannins to create light bitterness on the short finish. Drink now–2024.
