Baby aspirin pink in color, this is notably reduced right out of the bottle. There is little fruit on the nose and palate though some strawberry hull and white peach manage to eek through. Leaving the wine to warm up a bit, some candied watermelon notes surface, too. The acidity prances across the back palate offering very nice refreshment. The medium-body feels sinewy and dry, making it a rosé best suited for the table. The moderate finish has herbal tinges. Drink now.
