Smelling of a spring bouquet, Honeycrisp apple, yellow currant, lime and ginger, this zippy, lifted and light-bodied Riesling is raring to go. The flamboyant palate is similar and adds peach peel to the mix. The fruit’s vivid youthfulness is nicely contrasted by the bone-dry finish that brings a vein of minerality. However, there is a hint of distracting bitterness on the back palate, suggesting this is best enjoyed with food. Drink now–2026.
