Vibrant and sunny in fruit character, this juicy wine has oodles of red plums and mulberries. Robust in body, with lightly warm alcohol, the velvety palate is nicely balanced by tangy acidity and carefully-crafted tannic structure. This fresh, youthful red goes down easily and finishes with a bewitching streak of minerality on the engaging and persistent finish. While this might hold well for a few years in bottle, it would be a shame not to indulge in its immediate delight. Drink now–2024.
