Almost mute on the nose, the wine comes close to the same on the palate. There is a whisper of underlying citrus but very little else. Light in body and firm on the palate, with neither evident glycerol nor signs of oak, this is a clean and crisp white with nervous, marked acidity. The white pepper spice finish virtually evaporates on the palate. Drink now.
