Popping out of the glass, this wine smells of snapped string beans and yellow grapefruit pith alongside a feline hint. The clean, medium-bodied palate offers nicely concentrated flavors and a finish of fresh and dried herbs. This is on the razor’s edge of ripeness, showing overt palate tones of lime leaf and capsicum, with snippy acidity lending a bitter edge. It’s a good wine for salads and asparagus. Drink now–2023.
