This is dynamic on the nose in feisty aromas of white pepper, lentil, pink grapefruit and a spray of baby’s breath. The light-bodied and watery palate feels thin. The flavors are more straight-forward than the bouquet, with lightly bitter citrus peels, touches of soft-stemmed herbs and hints of spice arising. As evidenced by its mild concentration and supremely short finish, this is ready to enjoy in the near term.
