Superpale pink in color, this is a reserved and poised rosé, with modest fruit flavors and plenty of mineral tones. Dry, lean and crisp, it begs for light fare. It tastes of peach skin, grapefruit rind and strawberry hull, with a kick of chamomile. Light in body and very delicate in style, the scintillating acidity on the finish keeps one going back to the glass.
