Intense and clean citrus notes burst from the glass. The palate offers more of the same layered with guava and tree blooms. The oddly soapy palate feel distracts from an otherwise invigorating, fresh, dry and nicely balanced wine. Going back to the wine as it opens and warms, cotton candy and pear notes appear—best to serve well-chilled. Drink now–2022.
