Incredibly drinkable thanks to the lifting acidity and smooth tannins, this is an easy-going, crushable Pinot Noir with oodles of vibrant red fruits. The nose focuses on smashed mulberries, strawberries and red plums, which translate well to the palate where hints of slate and leather pop in. Fine tannins emerge on the moderate finish while bracing acidity makes it easy to reach for another sip. The ripeness is pitch-perfect in this archetypal Pinot Noir. This is finessed and nuanced.
