Unrevealing on the nose, this wine is more giving on its broad, mediumbodied palate. Flavors of grain and cereal give way to yellow grapefruit, pomelo and starfruit with time in the glass. There’s a mild bitterness from start to finish, however it seems to sustain the lingering marzipan flavor. Drink now–2023.
