Boisterously ripe and popping with fruits like red currant, açai and pomegranate, this is a lean, dry and slightly bitter wine. Dominated by aromas of cedar and wood grain on the nose, the medium-bodied palate offers harsh tannins and mild acidity. While sure to be a winner with leaner poultry and meat dishes, this is a bit too bracing on its own. Drink now–2021.
