Cantaloupe and honey scent the nose of this pure-fruited, mineral-driven and focused wine. There’s an enveloping succulence on the first sip, though the flavors die off quickly on the moderate finish. Overall, it’s a wholesome wine with pure–if straightforward–flavors. There’s a pleasant savoriness that makes it especially good for food like pan-seared, flaky fish. Drink now–2021.
