This wine initially offered an earthy nose, but with time in the glass it turned more fruit driven, boasting aromas of dried red cherry, fresh fig and spring flowers. While full in body, the brightly focused acidity give vitality on the palate. Vaguely toasty tones surface on the finish, offering a distinctive classiness. It is a hard-to-resist, carefree, easygoing sipper. Drink now–2021.
