Profound, lemon pulp color with bright reflections. Subdued fruit with a multilayered impression of gooseberry, lemon pulp, cream and lemon curd. Medium-bodied despite the very modest 12.5% alcohol. Aromas and flavors are simultaneously youthful and mature. The texture and moderate acidity make this seem more like a Sémillon-influenced wine. Drink now to 2014.
