Dark as night, this red has an engaging nose of pine tree, stewed black plum, prune and spice. The palate is dense, viscous and delicately balanced by its rather soft acidity and lenient tannins. Though round and mouthcoating, the finish is fickle and short while remaining clean. Drink now–2020.
