This bright yellow-colored wine carries aromas of salt and buttered popcorn. Pure, zippy and bright, it tastes of yellow plums, yellow tomatoes and ginger. It’s medium in body, with a lightly tugging, tannic texture that has a ways to go in bottle as suggested by its lingering and focused finish. Drink now–2021.
