This Riesling has a bright and exotic nose of passion fruit, star fruit and papaya. The medium-bodied palate displays a dense concentration of mineral tones and perfectly ripened fruits. There’s a light petrol note on the lingering finish, with tongue-coating glossiness and viscosity. It’s delightful to drink on its own but equally suited to shellfish and lighter fare. Drink now–2023.
