This Riesling is reserved in its bouquet, it’s even a touch reductive with neutral, elusive aromas of straw and candlewax. The palate fleshes out with notes of peach fuzz, pink peppercorn and verbena. There’s good weight here that is moderately balanced by a soft, sappy acidity and a pleasantly dry finish.
