Pristine pure on the nose with subdued tones of hazelnut, whole wheat bread and peach flesh, this is a white with broad appeal. It’s bracingly dry and densely concentrated in firm fruit and light pithiness that extends this wine’s salty, nutty finish to a medium length. Classy, yet fun and dynamic, this should continue to evolve in bottle if given the time to do so. Drink now–2022.
