Once the bashful aromas are coaxed out of the glass, delicate notes of black cherry, plum, baking spice, graphite and subtle oak are quite delightful. The palate exposes intricate notes of milk chocolate, black pepper and sweet spice, which help to create quite a charming composition. Slightly bitter dark fruit and gripping tannins close things out with a fulfilling, medium-length finish.
