This wine was initially quite muted, offering snipets of dried cherry fruit alongside shy floral and mineral notes. However, after a bit of aeration, it noticeably changed as the delicate red and black cherry tones grew in intensity and the chalky tannins emerged, providing a pleasant mouthfeel, structure and all- around balance.
