Deep morello cherry color with broad fuschia rim. The youthful and forward, grapey nose is enhanced by notes of sous bois and crushed black raspberries. Short-grained and moderately firm tannins focus the palate with the help of buoyant acidity. The minerality is most pronounced on the medium finish. Not profound but certainly delightful, this is a wine to drink now to 2015.
