Sexy, sultry and lingering on the palate, this seems old-school in style. It is rich and opulent in savory flavors, with dried apples and golden raisins fueling the highly dry and oxidative palate. The copious body has surprisingly moderate alcohol and very good acidic support. This may hold, but it won’t develop further to benefit. This would be fantastic with a savory polenta dish!
