This exceedingly youthful wine has an impressively pale color with a wide, watery rim. It is pristine and delivers magnanimous and über-fresh aromatics of white rose petals, yellow pears and gingerbread. The lightly viscous palate is corralled by a persimmon-like pithiness and bracing acidity. Layers of minerals and savory spices lead into a medium-length finish. Though an easy wine to knock back, its well-concentrated, exuberant fruit and multidimensional aromas show this is a more serious wine than a simple sipper. Drink now–2018.
