This wine is medium-deep yellow in color, with a medium-sized, water white rim. Its nose is vaguely spicy, with hints of pineapple and tangerine. Super fizzy and zesty, it has a personality to reckon with. The bubbles feel like soda water with their vigorous mousse, especially with the decidedly light-bodied mouthfeel. The acidity is frisky but well-placed, and the citrus fruit flavors are dynamic from start to short finish. This would be a nice apéritif in casual settings. Drink now–2018.
