This wine is superpale yellow in color, with a wide, watery rim. Its nose is reserved, with only citrus peel and pith scents, while the flavors are similarly faint. There’s not much happening, and the fast finish attests to that. Pithy, peely and slightly bitter, there’s certainly a following for this wine style, and it would be quite pleasant with oysters squeezed with lemon. Drink now–2018.
