This pale yellow wine has a small, pale and watery rim. The nose is pungent, with leafy green notes as well as citrus pith and peel. Its generous sweet spice and succulent, mouth-caressing glycerol make this easy to drink. Still, it has eye-opening acidity and will make friends with many a food pairing. It drinks well now but has a generous finish with plenty of mineral and citrus pulp flavor to hold its course for a while enjoy through 2018.
