Deep yellow in color, this wine has persistent bubbles and a generous, highly autolytic nose. It smells of toasted wheat bread, yellow tomatoes and ripe pineapple. Generous in body, this is juicy and supple. The palate has enough acidic zip to give it zingy refreshment on the back palate. It may continue to develop well in bottle, so watch this wine over the next several years drink through 2019.
